MANAGEMENT TEAM Joseph J. Steinbicker, P.E., S.E. President, Steinbicker & Associates Mr. Steinbicker is President of Steinbicker & Associates, Consulting Engineers. Mr. Steinbicker has over 30 years experience in the structural design and construction of structural steel, precast and tilt-up buildings. During that time, he has been responsible for the design of more than 400 tilt-up buildings encompassing over 30,000,000 square feet throughout the Eastern United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Mr. Steinbicker received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in structural engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and a charter member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA). He is also a charter member and past chairman of ACI Committee 551, Tilt-Up Concrete Construction and a charter member of ACI Committee C 650, Tilt-up Constructor Certification. He is a member of the TCA Board of Directors. Mr. Steinbicker is licensed to practice engineering in eleven states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.   Mark E. Remmetter, P.E. Managing Principal, Steinbicker & Associates Mr. Remmetter is Vice President and Managing Principal for the Dayton office of Steinbicker & Associates, Consulting Engineers. Mr. Remmetter has over 15 years experience in the structural design and construction of structural steel, precast and tilt-up buildings. During that time, he has been responsible for the design of more than 300 tilt-up buildings encompassing over 20,000,000 square feet throughout the Eastern United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Mr. Remmetter received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in structural engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and the Structural Engineers Association of Ohio (SEAoO). Mr. Remmetter is licensed to practice engineering in several states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.   Jonathon T. Schuchmann, P.E., LEED AP® Managing Principal, Steinbicker & Associates Mr. Schuchmann is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Principal of the Orlando office of Steinbicker & Associates, Consulting Engineers. Mr. Schuchmann has over 11 years experience in the structural design and construction of structural steel, masonry, precast and tilt-up buildings. During that time, he has been responsible for the design of more than 200 buildings encompassing over 15,000,000 square feet throughout the Eastern United States and Mexico. Mr. Schuchmann received his Bachelor of Science degree in structural engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) and his Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College (Winter Park, Florida). He is a Past- President and active member of the American Concrete Institute Central Florida Chapter (ACI), a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Mr. Schuchmann is licensed to practice engineering in Florida.
